Historic Book Club-Outskirt Episodes/Browns Park Treks

join us for a special double feature digital book club on "Outskirt Episodes" by William G. Tittsworth and "Browns Park Treks" by  Henry F. Chadey. The event will be held via Google Meet, a link will be posted on all of our social media and our website about 30 minutes before the meeting. Participants will need access to a computer, the internet, and at least a microphone if they want to be heard.

Both books discuss the history of Browns Park, though Outskirt Episodes is now generally considered mostly fictional. These two books are short, and were chosen together as a baseline of the previously known research on Browns Park history. These are meant to serve as a good contrast to next month's more recent "Nighthawk Rising" which also discusses Browns Park with a focus on Anne Basset.
